Over the past 30 years, our Firm has grown from a small Miami-based group, to a full-service commercial law firm serving clients throughout Florida and nationwide. We maintain the feel of a smaller firm while simultaneously competing for and earning some of the most sophisticated legal work around.
We attract highly complex work and provide a level of service superior to that of some of the giant firms that often sacrifice quality for quantity. A commitment to quality over quantity allows us to be highly selective with our candidates. Each year, we interview hundreds of applicants, but hire only a few. Our new attorneys immediately enjoy challenging and interesting projects, working across departments and side by side with senior attorneys on a variety of matters.
At all levels, we look for self-starters who require little hand-holding, who are considerate, self-confident and intelligent, and who have good work habits, a sense of humor, a well-rounded legal education and practical life experiences beyond academia.
Our compensation plan is unique among Florida law firms. Salaries are merit-based and are customized to match skills, goals, and contributions to the Firm.
